Sean Rea is returning to the director’s chair for summer at the Space.
The SYD hold regular rehearsals every Monday, 6:00-8:00pm and are capped at £20 per term. Specialist training courses run during school holidays and traineeships with Space Productions are available on invitation.
Want to operate lights at rock concerts? Be a make-up artists to the stars? work in fashion design? Participation in SYD offers a kick start to careers in not just theatre, but all kinds of live events.
The Space is now hosting Bronze & Silver Arts Awards. If you are aged 11-25, and want to show that you are motivated and inspired, contact mandy@space.org.uk.

Registration for new members:
We require parental consent for any young adults wishing to join the theatre company. There are currently places for new members, although we lock off registration once rehearsals are underway for the current production.

Docklands Youth Forum
The SYD also sit on the Docklands Youth Forum … a youth-led panel that feedback on services provided for young people around the docklands.
